Welcome to Dhakarbazar (“Dhakarbazar,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website dhakarbazar.com, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using Dhakarbazar, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

1. Account Eligibility and Registration

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or accessing the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Product Information and Pricing

• Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that product images, descriptions, and details are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free.

• Pricing & Availability: All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without notice. Items in your cart are not reserved until the order is confirmed.

• Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing or typographical error, Dhakarbazar reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for items listed at an incorrect price.

3. Order Placement, Acceptance, and Cancellation

• Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email or SMS does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Dhakarbazar reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability, suspect fraud, or delivery limitations).

• Order Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or if fraudulent activity is suspected. If paid in advance, a full refund will be processed.

• Order Cancellation by User: You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting customer support. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Financial Services (bkash, Nagad, etc.), debit/credit cards, and third-party payment gateways.

• Third-Party Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Dhakarbazar is not liable for unauthorized transactions or gateway processing failures.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Coverage: We deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery times may vary depending on your location (Dhaka vs. Outside Dhaka) and logistics availability.

• Estimated Timelines: Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, political events, or courier issues are beyond our control.

• Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Re-delivery fees may apply for incorrect addresses.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

• Return Eligibility: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, incomplete, or significantly different from the description.

• Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

• Refund Process: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 working days.

7. Account and Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

• Processing: Upon request, personal data will be removed within 30 days, subject to legally required record-retention obligations.

• All content on Dhakarbazar—including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, designs, images, and software—is the property of Dhakarbazar and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from Dhakarbazar.

9. Prohibited Activities

When using our Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any local or international laws or regulations.

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, networks, or user accounts.

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Platform without authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhakarbazar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use our Platform or services.

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

• Product delays, non-delivery, or delivery issues caused by third-party couriers.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
